P3 Day 4 160.8 lbs.

So I went to VA Beach this weekend. When I left I was within my 2 lb range..then I came back after drinking and eating some pizza to see I had "gained" and was at 165.8 lbs! Wow! Yesterday I immediately did a high protein day. I ate 8 hard boiled eggs with the teeniest amount of mayo added to the yoke to make deviled eggs. (I used the olive oil mayo). Then for dinner I at about 1.5lbs of rib eye steak. Oh my lord..was is good but I was stuffed. I also drank about 10 bottles of 16 oz waters. This morning I was at 160.8 on the scale! As I am exactly 2lbs over LIW I will do another protein day and make sure I stay far away from sugars and starches.
