VLCD16

Starting my blog today. I realize it is a bit late into the game, but I figure this will help hold myself accountable for what I eat. So far I am down 11.2 lbs in the 16 days. Not bad, but I know I could have done better had I not snuck in the occasional piece of dark chocolate or cheese. (I admit..I love both.)


Started at 171 and after the three load days (can we say cheesecake and bacon galore!) I was at 173. I now weigh 160.4.
